Properties where the asking price has been cut since listing. Price drops signal seller motivation — giving buyers more leverage to negotiate, or to identify where the market has spoken.
A price reduction is not automatically a buying signal. It can mean the original price was too optimistic, or that the seller is now motivated to close. Use the Pulse Score to evaluate whether the reduced price now represents genuine value versus the ward median.
